Abstract

Smjenski rad je oblik rada gdje organizacija radnog vremena uključuje organizaciju trajanja i rasporeda rada te njihovu varijabilnost u sklopu referentnog razdoblja koje se može manifestirati kao dan, tjedan, mjesec ili godina dana. Zbog velikog utjecaja smjenskog rada na radno opterećenje, izvedbu i sigurnost sudionika u prometu potrebno je ispoštovati znanstvene smjernice za organizaciju radnog vremena kako bi se zdravlje i sigurnost smjenskih radnika zaštitilo od nepovoljnih učinaka predugog radnog vremena, neodgovarajućih stanki, neodgovarajućih dnevnih, tjednih i godišnjih odmora. Radno vrijeme jedan je od čimbenika koji izravno utječu na izvedbu i sigurnost radnika ali postoji i interakcija sa drugim aspektima života pojedinca kao što su zadovoljenje osnovne biološke potrebe za spavanjem te ostale izvanredne socijalne aktivnosti. Javni gradski promet s ciljem masovnog prijevoza putnika odvija se neprekidno kao i proces proizvodnje, a analiza utjecaja organizacije smjenskog rada na navedene procese će biti predmet analize u ovome radu.

Abstract (english)

Shift work is a form of work where organization of working hours involves the organization of work duration and scheduling and their variability within a reference period that can be manifested as a day, a week, a month or a year. Due to the large impact of workload on the workload, performance and safety of traffic participants, it is necessary to comply with the scientific guidelines for the organization of working hours to protect workers' health and safety from adverse effects of long working hours, inadequate breaks, inadequate daily, weekly and annual vacations . Working time is one of the factors that directly affects worker performance and safety but there is also interaction with other aspects of an individual's life such as meeting the basic biological need for sleep and other outstanding social activities. Public transport for the purpose of mass transportation of passengers is conducted continuously as well as the production process, and the analysis of the influence of the organization's work on the mentioned processes will be the subject of analysis in this work.
